Construction has begun on an expansion and renovation in the Sandbacken block on Södermalm. The project is known as Sofiahusen. Additional floors are being added to the building to accommodate more office spaces. In several of these offices, our fire retardant paint, Protega Wood-C, with Protega Topcoat C has been used to meet the Fire Rating B-s1,d0.

In total, Sofiahusen will encompass 14,500 square meters, of which 1,300 square meters are on the ground floor, making it ideal for shops and restaurants.
