Protega Upgrade

Protega Upgrade meets the Fire Rating B-s1,d0 on previously painted surfaces.

Protega Upgrade is a covering, water-based fire retardant paint. It can be used to meet the Fire Rating B-s1,d0 on previously painted surfaces, such as wood materials or gypsum. It can be tinted to various colors.

Used indoors for upgrading to B-s1,d0 on already painted wood-based substrates with a minimum thickness of 8 mm. Alternatively, on non-combustible substrates like gypsum with a minimum thickness of 6mm. The substrate’s density should be ≥338 kg/m³.
