Novatherm SP is the most environmentally friendly fire sealant on the market. It is volume-expanding, semi-elastic, and has good adhesion to most substrates. Protega Superwool can be used as fireproof backing material in larger cavities.
Novatherm SP is suitable for both vertical and horizontal sealing indoors between different building components in separating fire technical classes up to EI 240.
Novatherm SP is also intended for fire sealing of individual cables and pipes in fire classes up to EI 120.
Evaluated by the Building Product Assessment, Sundahus, registered in Basta, and in the database for building products that can be used in buildings certified by the Swan eco-label.
